Over 22 years in the making
Our office began as Oak Tree Real Estate, LLC in 2004. For those first several years we worked to establish ourselves in York as a local, community-minded real estate brokerage, helping individuals and supporting the York community that we call home.
In May of 2013, we incorporated Core Partners Realty, LLC and we joined CENTURY 21. We called our franchise CENTURY 21 Core Partners to acknowledge the partnership between owners. After 12 years of franchise association, we returned to our local roots in 2025 in order to continue our legacy of helping clients achieve their real estate dreams here in York and beyond.
In July of 2025 we became Core Partners Realty, LLC.
