We are proud to announce that Core Partners Realty, formerly Century 21 Core Partners, is now an independent Real Estate brokerage. On June 2nd, we split from Century 21 to forge our own path as a local, York-based company.
This is a significant milestone for our business, by shedding our franchise affiliation we will be able to provide greater flexibility to our clients, connect more to our communities, and support our agents more than before. Clients can rest assured that they will receive the same level of professionalism, integrity, and excellence that they have grown to expect from our brokerage and our agents. This new structure will allow us the freedom to invest in your unique needs as a buyer, seller, or investor, so we hope you will continue to trust us with your real estate needs.
Our office began as Oak Tree Real Estate in 2004. For those first several years we worked to establish ourselves in York as a local, community-minded real estate brokerage, helping individuals and supporting the York community that we call home. In May of 2013, we joined CENTURY 21, and called our franchise Core Partners to acknowledge the partnership between owners Michael Segarra, Carrie Wilburn, and Scott Wilburn. Now, after 12 years of franchise association, we’re ready to return to our local roots while continuing our legacy of helping clients achieve their real estate dreams here in York and beyond.
